TERMS & CONDITIONS

PAYMENT:
Rental fees are due in advance. We accept cash, cheques, Visa or Mastercard.

PRICING:
All prices quoted are one-day rates unless otherwise specified. Prices subject to change without notice.

RENTAL PERIOD:
Our normal rental day is a 24-hour period. However, we shall allow time for customer pickup and return. The exact terms will be established at the time of the rental, and these terms will appear on the rental contract. Any merchandise kept for longer than specified will be charged according to our price schedule.

DEPOSITS:
The rental charge, together with any additional deposit, shall be due upon the pickup or delivery of the rental item(s). Upon the return of the item(s) in clean, good order and repair, the deposit shall be returned, less any additional rental and charges. Deposit refunds pertaining to the rental of linen, china, flatware and glassware will be mailed during the week of return.

SETUP/DELIVERY

DELIVERY/PICK-UP:
Rates for all deliveries and pickups will be quoted upon request. Delivery and pickup will be to ground level only. There is an additional charge for upstairs and downstairs delivery.Merchandise must be ready for pickup when our driver arrives. Tables and chairs must be stacked and left under cover. Dishes and glasses must be repacked in boxes. Tables, chairs and boxes are not weather-proof, please do not allow them to get wet.

RETURN POLICY

DINNERWARE, GLASSWARE & FLATWARE:
All the above must be returned rinsed and free of particles and placed in their original containers. Breakage (including chips) or shortages will be charged to the customer at replacement cost and the damaged merchandise becomes the property of the customer. Our count of items must be accepted.

TABLES & CHAIRS:
Our services DO NOT include set up and knock down of tables and chairs. If this service is desired, arrangements must be made several days prior to delivery and/or pickup, with a special charge quoted. If no arrangements have been made and this service is desired on delivery, our drivers must call for authorization. If time permits, we will try to accommodate you, after quoting the price.

LINEN & SKIRTING:
Table linens must be dry and free of food waste. Please fold and return to plastic bags, hangers or cartons. Please return skirting to hangers, plastic bags or cartons. A charge of 10¢ a hanger will be charged on any hanger not returned.
A $25 charge for linen bags not returned.
If stains cannot be removed or there are burns or other obvious damage, the charges will be at replacement cost and the damaged merchandise becomes the property of the customer.

TENTS:
All tents require delivery and will be delivered at least one day prior to the event.

DAMAGES

Customers will be charged for breakage, damaged and missing items. A charge will be made for all equipment returned dirty. A charge will be made for all boxes not returned.

RESERVATIONS

In order to reserve any item(s), a deposit equal to the normal rate must be made at the time the reservation is made. No return of any reservation deposit will be made.

ON-LINE RESERVATIONS:
All online reservations and requests made will be confirmed by email or telephone. An advance deposit may be required depending on the item(s) reserved. Thank you.
